One of my favourite deserts - easy to prepare and great when the weather turns cold.

Ingredients:
- 4 Medium sized Granny Smith apples
- Brown sugar
- Saltanas
- Butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180 Deg.
- Core the apples and place into a baking tray. Fill the apple core with saltanas, don't pack too tightly. Place a teaspoon of butter ontop of the saltanas, then a teaspoon of the brown sugar ontop of that.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-20 minutes until the apples are soft all the way through.
