Margarita

I like this drink, especially during summer. The only problem with it, is the little extra time it takes to salt the rim of the glass.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 shots of tequila
  • 1 shot of tripple sec
  • 1 shot of lemon or lime juice
  • Salt or sugar

Directions:

  1. Place ice cubes into shaker
  2. Add in tequila, tripple sec and juice.
  3. Shake
  4. Leave shaken mixture while you moisten the rim of a coctail glass. Dip glass into salt or sugar.
  5. Pour and serve.

Notes: I've tried many methods to skip salting the rim of the glass. Things like making a salt brine to add before shaking. Does anyone have other methods?
