I'm currently experimenting with ginger beer.

With my current method I hope to create a very tasty and refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients:

• Ground ginger
• 600gm sugar
• 6 Litres of water
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried yeast
• 2 Lemons
